Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using ZeroGravity. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZeroGravity regarding your use of our services.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the ZeroGravity platform and website at zegravity.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
ZeroGravity provides AI-native SEO, AEO, and GEO optimisation services and a client portal for managing your digital visibility strategy. The specific services available to you depend on the subscription plan you have purchased.
3. Account registration
You must create an account to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@zegravity.com if you suspect unauthorised access. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems; upload malicious code, spam, or misleading content; resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent; or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on the agreed billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a written agreement. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software, and technology on the Service is owned by ZeroGravity or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your business purposes only. You retain ownership of any content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to use it solely to provide the Service.
7. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information secret and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from our SEO, AEO, or GEO services, as search engine and AI engine behaviour is outside our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroGravity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if unresolved.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notice with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
